Quick answer
What this tool checks
Name, role, company and contact. The fields people actually use: phone, website, photo or logo URL, and optional social links. Images are URLs only; nothing is uploaded.
Templates and accent color. A few compact layouts (stacked, side photo, compact, social row) and one accent color for the name or divider.
Copy HTML or rich text. Copy the raw HTML for clients that accept source, or copy rich for pasting into Gmail, Outlook and Apple Mail compose windows.
Safe output. Every user field is escaped. javascript: and data: links are dropped. Optional “Made with Lumail” is on by default and you can turn it off.

How to fix common issues
Image does not show
Use a publicly reachable https URL and set width and height. Many clients block http and relative paths. Host the file on your site or a CDN, not a private Drive link.
Layout breaks in Outlook
Outlook still uses Word for HTML. Stick to tables, inline styles and web-safe fonts. Avoid flex, grid and external CSS.
Links look wrong
Website fields need https://. Phone fields become tel: links. Social fields that are not http(s) are omitted.
Frequently asked questions
Will this signature work in Gmail?
Yes. Copy rich and paste into Gmail’s signature box. Gmail strips some CSS; the generator uses tables and inline styles so the layout survives.
Do you store my details?
No. The form never leaves your browser. There is no account and no upload.
Can I add a logo from my computer?
Not in this tool. Paste a public image URL so the signature stays small and email clients can fetch the file. Uploading would require storage we do not use here.
Is the “Made with Lumail” link required?
No. It is on by default and you can turn it off before copying.
